2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Third-party software or licenses
  • Setup fees for custom configurations
  • Any service that has been misused or violated our Terms of Service

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the new pricing will be prorated, and the difference will be adjusted in your next billing cycle.
  • Downgrades: Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds are provided
